Therapy is an opportunity for you to talk about or express whatever is bothering you, however big or small. I focus on your strengths as you have what it takes to be the best version of yourself; you just might need a new perspective. We will work collaboratively to ensure you are working towards your goals. I will challenge you to think differently, and will encourage you to do the work outside our sessions. I promote a safe and supportive environment while providing tools and resources to improve. I utilize a variety of techniques, which may include art therapy, CBT, and EMDR.
I have had the pleasure working with children and young adults in a variety of settings over the past 12 years, including outpatient behavioral health, residential programs, and higher education. My clinical experience includes working with those who have experienced anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and trauma.
