Off The Couch Fitness
Many diet programs offer quick fixes and unrealistic promises of weight loss. Nevertheless, the key to lasting weight loss is to deal with the root issues that caused weight gain. This group is a support for dealing with anxiety, depression, and other obstacles that are holding you back from making a lifelong change toward losing weight and getting fit. This group meets for two hours each week: one hour of group and another hour of group fitness. Lasting change is possible for you. This group won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.
Group for younger adults age 18-26 who need the support to help navigate the young adult world. This group focuses on coping skills to combat the depression and anxiety that can accompany adulting.
Boys 2 Men
Join Ryan M. Sheade, LCSW for this 8-week group focused on self-awareness, developing confidence, and fostering the leadership skills to move effectively into manhood. Specifically for boys aged 14-18, we will focus on societal norms around masculinity, building healthy relationships, and what it *really* means to “be a man.” Attendees will leave the group with tools for handling conflict and expressing emotion in healthy ways, and will set goals for their futures.
