30 Days To A Better You

We have partnered with Fitwall Scottsdale for an exciting summer challenge, "30 Days To A Better You!"

This program is designed to pair mental fitness and physical fitness together. Joining this challenge for $199 includes a 30-day unlimited membership at Fitwall Scottsdale (unlimited workouts, nutrition plan, and check-in with weight and measurements), a weekly hour-long processing and accountability group with a licensed therapist who specializes in the psychological impact of weight loss efforts, and weekly challenges focused on multiple growth realms such as physical, emotional, social, and spiritual.

Participants who complete the weekly challenges are eligible for weekly prizes and those who complete the entire 30 days of challenges are entered into a grand prize drawing.

"30 Days to a Better You" is open to those 16 and older, minors must have parents' consent to participate.
