GIRLS EMPOWERED, MOTIVATED, AND STRONG

Summer Intensive and 8-week group: Girls will explore the following issues during this group: body image, emotions/communication, relationships/friendships, self-esteem, stress/tough times and more. Girls will leave this group going from asking "Who am I?" to understanding "Who I am."  


They will be given the opportunity to feel empowered, gain self-awareness, develop coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, understand that they are not alone, and learn to make healthy decisions. For girls aged 8-18 (divided into age cohorts).

The Daring Way™

The Daring Way™ is a program that is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The Daring Way™ group is a powerful, process-oriented group where we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus of the Daring Way™ group is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
This group meets once a week for 6 weeks, Cost of the group includes all materials needed. Designed for women 19 and up

BOYS 2 MEN

 8-week group focused on self-awareness, developing confidence, and fostering the leadership skills to move effectively into manhood. Specifically for boys aged 13-18, we focus on societal norms around masculinity, building healthy relationships, and what it *really* means to "be a man."

 

Attendees leave the group with tools for handling conflict and expressing emotion in healthy ways and set goals for their futures. 

Pre and Post Natal Online Support Group

 5-week online support group focused on navigating the stress and anxiety associated with the current climate and adjusting to life with a new baby. Learn to manage the stressors of this time from the comfort of your own home. Group will focus on mindfulness, challenging negative thoughts, distress tolerance, and body relaxation skills.  Led by licensed psychotherapist Alexandria Moretti, LCSW
