Boys 2 Men

Join Ryan M. Sheade, LCSW for this 8-week group focused on self-awareness, developing confidence, and fostering the leadership skills to move effectively into manhood. Specifically for boys aged 13-18, we will focus on societal norms around masculinity, building healthy relationships, and what it *really* means to "be a man." Attendees will leave the group with tools for handling conflict and expressing emotion in healthy ways, and will set goals for their futures.
