About the event
Join Erica Tatum-Sheade, LMSW for a 6-week GEMS (Girls Empowered Motivated and Strong) Group. During this group, girls will be given the opportunity to feel empowered, gain self-awareness, develop coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, understand that they are not alone, and learn to make healthy decisions. This group is designed for 3rd-5th graders. Cost includes all materials needed.

Erica Tatum-Sheade, LMSW is a licensed child and adolescent therapist and social worker practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her primary focus is helping children and families in a tough spot get back to well-being. She started her career as a Tribal Social Worker working with families in the child welfare system, and now in addition to her therapy practice, she continues her passion for working with families/children currently dealing with the child welfare system as a volunteer for the Maricopa County CASA program.
