High School G.E.M.S.® (9th–12th Grade)

High school brings more independence, but also more pressure, more decisions, and more moments that actually matter.

G.E.M.S.® is designed to help girls step into that space with clarity and confidence.

This group goes beyond surface-level empowerment and focuses on real-life application: setting boundaries, navigating relationships, managing stress, making aligned decisions, and using their voice in meaningful ways. Girls are challenged to think critically about who they are, what they want, and how they want to show up, in friendships, in leadership, and in their future.

Because confidence at this stage isn’t about feeling good, it’s about knowing how to handle what comes next.
