G.E.M.S.® High School Spring 2021

Join Erica Tatum-Sheade, LCSW for an 8-week GEMS (Girls Empowered, Motivated, and Strong) Girls Self Esteem Group. During this group, girls will be given the opportunity to feel empowered, gain self-awareness, develop coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, understand that they are not alone, and learn to make healthy decisions. This group is designed for girls entering 9th-12th grade. Cost includes all materials needed. This is the second module of the group so if you completed group in the winter this will be a different group.
