G.E.M.S.® Middle School Fall 2026

Middle school is where everything starts to shift, friendships get more complex, confidence gets tested, and emotions get bigger.

G.E.M.S.® gives girls a space to make sense of all of it.

This group focuses on helping girls navigate social dynamics, build real confidence (not just say it), and develop the skills they need to handle peer pressure, conflict, and changing relationships. Through guided activities and honest conversation, girls learn how to understand themselves, communicate effectively, and show up with both strength and self-respect.

Because at this stage, it’s not just about who they are, it’s about how they move through the world.
