G.E.M.S Surviving Middle School

Join us for a 6-week group geared toward girls entering middle school in the fall of 2024.  During this group, we will focus on addressing various challenges girls may face during this transitional period from elementary to middle school. Topics covered include; 

• Handling Relational Aggression
• Improving Communication Skills
• Building resilience
• Overcoming setbacks and failures
• Building a supportive peer network
• Building Self-Esteem

Group will meet weekly for 6 weeks and the cost includes all materials needed

This group is a psychoeducational group and is not a substitute for therapy.
