About the event
Do you have a girl in your life entering High School, this group is for her. During the course of this 6-week group, girls will explore a variety of topics including
- Building Connections
- Balancing academics with extracurricular activities and social life
- Building self-confidence and assertiveness
- Peer Relationships and Social Dynamics
- Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth
- Respecting boundaries and setting boundaries
Over the course of the 6 weeks, the focus will be on preparing girls for the transition from middle school to high school.
This group is a psychoeducational group and not a substitute for therapy. For therapy resources don't hesitate to reach out.
