About the event
A one-week, play-therapy based mindfulness program designed specifically for children aged 5-7. Running May 25th- May 29th
Mindful Minis Group gives young children a joyful, hands-on introduction to expressing and regulating their emotions through developmentally appropriate activities, incorporating movement, art, sensory experience and play. This camp provides a fun, therapeutic space for young children to connect with peers, build emotional awareness, and begin developing a toolbox of self-regulation skills that will support them at home, school, and beyond.
