Regulation Station

A one-week, play-therapy based mindfulness program designed for children aged 8-10. Sessions run June 1st-June 5th 4-5pm

Regulation Station Camp supports older children in strengthening their ability to understand, express, and regulate their emotions. Campers will practice applying socioemotional skills through collaborating with same-age peers in developmentally appropriate activities incorporating art, mindfulness, movement, and play. Regulation Station Camp provides a fun, therapeutic space for older children to build confidence, connect with peers and leave with the tools and skills they need to navigate and manage emotions at home, school and beyond.
