With over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health, Leah provides a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of balance and well-being.

Specializing in the unique experiences and struggles faced by women and mothers of young children, Leah helps clients navigate transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts, career changes, relationship challenges, parenting, and the pressures of modern-day life. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based, solution focused, and mindfulness-based therapies, Leah tailors each session to meet the individual needs and goals of the client.

With a focus on empowerment and self-compassion, Leah works to help clients embrace their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and foster a deeper connection to themselves and their loved ones.
